Kuch continues happening into 2006… We’ve been invited
to kuch kuch weddings, there have been quite a few kuch kuch
engagements over the years! Celebrities have carried on
coming to enjoy themselves, adding glitz and glamour.
Come and fall in love, the place to be..
Bollywood Hollywood Premiere Party was a Valentine
Date with kuch kuch opening it’s doors to more
celebrities, even more glitz and glamour, even the shining
star Lisa Ray will be doing it the kuch kuch way!!
More surprises are in store, on future dates; March 28,
April 11, that’s all for sure!
The Asoka Premiere Party continues to be the most
talked about night in the UK with the guest list including
Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Santosh Sivan, joined by Shekhar
Kapur, Suchitra Krishnamurty, Rachel Shelly, Richa, Paul
Blackthorne, Taz from Stereo Nation, Seeta, Najma, Sanjeev,
Eastenders possie, to name just a few. The best thing of all
was most of them dancing to the tunes of Bollywood, the kuch
kuch.. way!
In true style, Hollywood, Bollywood, neither could resist
the kuch kuch experience as more kuch kuch parties for Film
Festival Launches followed, including American Desi, Pyar
ki Dhun, support to the Filmifundas Film Festival,
Raindance Film Festival Party, the prestigious Asian
Women's Film Festival (at the National Film Theatre),
and of course helped the British Film Institute
launch the "Biggest celebration of South Asian
cinema ever held in this country" by putting
together the ImagineASIA Launch Party where again,
the stars flooded the event, literally!
Theatreland and music labels fell in love too, as kuch
kuch put together the "14 songs, 2 weddings & a
funeral" after show party in The Lyric Hammersmith
theatre with the cast, brought you the amazing Rough
Guide to Bollywood CD compilation edited by DJ Ritu
(available in HMV & all good record shops). The launch
of Rishi Rich’s new album at kuch kuch with Bally
Sagoo & co was another night of 100% excitement. If
you didn’t get in, you can still get him, via all good
record shops!!

Ritu’s band Sister India is back on a UK tour
again, sharing the bollywood magic across UK, Europe, and
dates in South Africa, Dubai (tbc) So, keep checking the
